Yoni Steam: Therapeutic Toner
with comfrey, lavender, mugwort, calendula, and rosemary herbs
Tone, heal and detoxify the womb. Reduce and eliminate cramping and excessive bleeding associated with menstruation.
- Boil water. Pour in herbs. Stir. Remove from heat and put a lid on the pot.
- After 10-15 minutes, transfer herbs into bowl.
- Sit/squat on the chair wrap your waist in a large blanket to so the heat won't escape. The heat should feel comfortable and relaxing.
- Sit for as long as you can. Afterwards, lie down on your side for 20 minutes.
This is a good time to journal, meditate, sing, play soothing music... and set the tone for the rest of the day/week/month.
